Remembering the late Jack Collings and Ada Trethewey, Past Mayors of Sleaford

Sleaford Town Council is saddened by the recent passing of two well respected past Town Councillors and Past Mayors, Jack Collings and Ada Trethewey.

Both served two terms as Chairman of Sleaford Town Council and Mayor of Sleaford with Jack being appointed from 2007 to 2008 and 2010 to 2011 and Ada from 1995 to 1996 and 2003 to 2004.

Their contributions to Sleaford and their impact on the community were immeasurable.

The current Mayor of Sleaford, Councillor David Suiter, adds that the passing of Ada Trethewey and Jack Collings is a great loss for the Town.
