Press Release - 13th January 2020
Sleaford Town Council have had to temporarily close some of their facilities at short notice due to staff absence.
A member of our small team has tested positive for Covid-19. In the interests of the safety of our employees and the public, several employees are isolating. This has had an impact on the following services: -
- All public toilets located in the Cemetery, Money's Yard, Museum and Boston Road Recreation Ground will close from Wednesday 13th January.
- Dog and Litter bin collection will be limited. We ask that people take rubbish home with them where possible.
- Burials will continue to be provided, but we will be unable to offer cremations for a period of 10 days.
If you have any concerns about any of the above, the Administration Team will be available.
As we continue to work remotely where possible, it is advisable to contact the office by email at email@example.com or use our report form on our website https://www.sleaford.gov.uk/fault-reporting-form.html . If you do not have access to the internet, please leave a message by telephoning 01529 303456.
Sleaford Town Council thank you for your understanding and hope to reopen the facilities from Saturday 23rd January.
