The Mayor Spins a Fine Yarn

The Mayor of Sleaford, Councillor Anthony Brand, will be at the "Twelve Market Days of Christmas" Markets on Friday 18th December and Saturday 19th December in Sleaford Market Place. He will be there both days from 10.00am to 2.00pm.

The Mayor will be "spinning a fine yarn" to raise money for his tree planting scheme in Sleaford.

Councillor Brand will be spinning wool and visitors to the Market can guess on day 1 (Friday 18th December) how much in length he has spun and on day 2 (Saturday 19th December) the weight of what he has spun. A maximum of £2.00 can be given by visitors and the closest guess wins a prize!
