Cllr Darmon was first co-opted on to the Town Council on 22nd May 2019 and was elected to the Council at the elections held on Thursday 4th May 2023.

Cllr Darmon is a member of the Human Resources and Planning committees of the Council and also of the Neighbourhood Plan Sub-Committee of the Planning Committee. In addition he is of one of the three Town Council representatives to the Sleaford Climate Action Network.
