Support for Ukraine
Sleaford Town Council stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine, following the invasion of the country by Russia.
At a Full Council meeting held on 16th March 2022, a motion was unanimously resolved that:
"Sleaford Town Council expresses its horror at the illegal invasion of the country of Ukraine by Russia and the suffering caused to the people of Ukraine."
We stand by all those in Ukraine and our thoughts are with those who are affected by the conflict. Our thoughts also go to those who have loved ones living in Ukraine.
We hope that the conflict is resolved and comes to a peaceful end soon.
